Terms and conditions of entry into online insurance purchase survey competition

  1. Information on how to enter and any terms and conditions associated with any prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. The Promoter is Marsh Pty Ltd (ABN 86 004 651 512, AFSL No. 238 983) ("Promoter" or “Marsh”), One International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. Entry to the competition is free and is only open to persons aged 18 years or older who have completed the online insurance purchase survey. One entry permitted per person.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  5. To enter the draw, participants must complete the online insurance purchase survey.  In order for you to participate in this promotion, the Promoter will collect your name and contact details. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to both (i) enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. The Promoter may, for these purposes, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, insurers, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information and by entering you consent to the Promoter using your information in this way. The Promoter’s use of your personal information in the context of providing you services is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy policy available at: http://australia.marsh.com/Footer/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  6. Promotion commences on 1 December 2025. Final entries close at 11:59pm on the last day of each month.  All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at the Marsh Melbourne office at 727 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3008 at 12:00pm AEDT on the first business working Tuesday of each month. The winner will be notified on the phone number provided in the survey and the winner’s names will be published on this page each month.
  7. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The first valid entry drawn each month will win $100 Prezzee Smart eGift card.
  9. Prize must be redeemed at the latest by 12 months after the prize was issued.
  10. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  11. Total prize pool value is a maximum of $1,300.
  12. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay buys nor can they be re-sold. Prizes must be taken as offered.
  13. A draw for any unclaimed prize may take place on the second working Thursday of each month at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winner’s name will be published on this page.
  14. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  16. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (e) use of the prize; or (f) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
  19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.
